Replacement of legacy hardware in the CORE mobile network at multiple sites for an international telco provider
Responsible project management for integration & commissioning of new hardware at various data centre locations. Including support, troubleshooting and testing of the hardware integrations and their connections to the CORE network with the partners on site plus structuring & testing of the peripheral systems together with the operations team. Preparation for commissioning and subsequent commissioning in various phases in the network. Finally, structured dismantling of all legacy hardware.
