At COCUS, you decide for yourself when you work in the office and when you work from home. We offer remote and flex office options. Depending on your contract, you can work at any time at our locations in Düsseldorf and Porto or in Germany also use the Design Offices. Under certain contracts, it is also possible to work completely remotely internationally.

You will then receive an invitation to an interview with a recruiter and a representative from your future department. The final step is a technical interview with a manager and a recruiter. On Welcome Day, you will receive your work equipment and have the opportunity to get to know the company, your department and your colleagues. Your manager will also provide you with an introduction plan for the first few weeks.
