We like it simple and therefore do not use traditional cover letters! You can apply using our online form. Please upload your CV and, if requested, references and certificates.

Remote? What does that mean for me? Where else can I work?

At COCUS, you decide for yourself when you work in the office and when you work from home. We offer remote and flex office options. Depending on your contract, you can work at any time at our locations in Düsseldorf and Porto or in Germany also use the Design Offices. Under certain contracts, it is also possible to work completely remotely internationally.

When will I receive feedback? What does the further process look like?

Once you have submitted your application online, we will get back to you within a few days. You will then receive an invitation to an interview with a recruiter and a representative from your future department. The final step is a technical interview with a manager and a recruiter. Here you will present a case study that we will send you in advance. After that, we hope to welcome you to the team

What does onboarding look like?

On Welcome Day, you will receive your work equipment and have the opportunity to get to know the company, your department and your colleagues. Your manager will also provide you with an introduction plan for the first few weeks. During your probationary period, we will hold regular feedback meetings to discuss your expectations and experiences. These meetings will take place after the first, third and fifth month.
