The COCUS 5G Campus network is deployed by Fraunhofer FIT (Institute for Applied Information Technology) in Sankt Augustin as a development, demonstration and test environment for mobile collaboration support in office and industrial environments. The stand-alone 5G network is intended to help shape research into future, innovative applications and practical 5G solutions and their ecosystems for industry and promote their use in small and medium-sized enterprises.
