Europe-wide rollout of GNSS infrastructure for a provider of positioning solutions for automotive, mobile & mass market applications.
Responsible project management for deployment & integration of GNSS radio sites (navigation satellite system) in 14 countries together with Deutsche Telekom and its partners. From project planning & reporting, organisation of the (network) planning documents to coordination of the technical hardware specifications with the corresponding manufacturers, as well as tracking and inventory. Together with Nokia, preparation of migration and rollout plans and development of the future operation and maintenance process.
