Responsibility for the worldwide rollout of Windows 10 for a German chemical company with 33 locations and 14,000 employees
Responsibility, planning, implementation and reporting of the international rollout, including the establishment and implementation of change management communication (OCM). This includes joint rollout planning with department and site managers as well as direct users. In addition, coordination of the handover of the devices, definition of all accompanying processes along with planning of the software updates for seamless integration into the overall rollout process, structures and plans.
