Successful solution development for automated validation of telephone opt-ins at Rheinische Post
Due to new regulatory requirements, additional validation of telephone numbers is mandatory for communication with prospects and subscribers. The implementation of a custom-fit solution that automatically validates mobile numbers via SMS, while outbound calls with the corresponding announcement are made for fixed-network numbers, will solve this challenge throughout the entire media group. With this solution, the regulatory requirement is implemented legally compliant throughout Germany.
