Setup of a cloud-based data lake and streamlining of various data sources like Splunk, Google Analytics and Firebase to load and visualize data in real-time in Tableau. Development of multiple dashboards for management as well as for product teams to measure and analyze user behavior, flows and journeys within the app for data-driven optimization of user journeys and increased customer satisfaction.
