The company is characterised by state-of-the-art, technical production processes as well as a high level of digitalisation and can also score points when it comes to sustainability.
It was precisely these approaches that finally convinced Sensoplast to use the Inscribe software for guest registration. The company has been using Inscribe’s digital solution since mid-February.

Inscribe at Sensoplast
As a supplement to Sensoplast’s sophisticated hygiene concept, the digital solution is used to record visitors from outside companies or guests at the two company sites in Oberhonnefeld and Dürrholz and to simplify contact tracking if required.
Inscribe thus currently offers Sensoplast a double benefit. In addition to contact tracking, e.g. in case of infection, digital guest registration also helps to keep track of external visitors in the company and to be able to trace who is currently at the individual branches at any time. And all that with just one click!
By using Inscribe as a digital visitor list, Sensoplast therefore not only saves time and administrative effort, but also unnecessary paper consumption. This is because the Inscibe solution eliminates the need for time-consuming local recording, filing and storage of personal data. The personal data collected is recorded in encrypted form in accordance with applicable data protection law and stored in compliance with the GDPR. Guests and visitors from outside companies can quickly and easily register digitally in the various company areas on site, using the QR code displayed. As soon as they leave the premises again, they have the option of signing out contactlessly via the web application, thus ensuring that it is always possible to see who is still on the company premises. If required, it is also possible to set a time limit after which the guests are automatically eliminated.
The decisive factors for using the Inscribe solution were the ease of use and the high adaptability of the web application. In this way, Sensoplast can decide individually which data is collected and also use the app interface in the company’s own corporate design. The company also plans to use the Inscribe Live Dashboard in the future to analyse and evaluate current visitor volumes.
