Refinement and further development of a ticketing & provisioning tool for an international telecommunication provider

Further development of a custom B2B web-software ticketing tool based on vue.js and PHP. The call center tool was extended with several features, including administration & coordination of tickets, dashboard views, analysis and visualization of process flows. Every extension with respect to multiple user-roles and permission setups.
